Driven by a lifelong dream to prepare the next generation of entrepreneurs, Stephen, a barrier-breaking African American executive himself, aims to equip today’s young people with customer-centric business skills by fostering a strong work ethic and essential customer service skills through high-quality part-time and summer jobs.
Inspired by his own entrepreneurial father and early days as a lifeguard, Stephen leveraged his years in transportation to identify a niche in the roadside food scene. He envisioned a community-focused hot dog cart offering quality, deliciousness, and affordability, all while equipping young people with valuable skills for their future endeavors.
